Concur Mobile App Issues since July update

Hi All,


I have several mobile app users that are having issues with uploading receipts since the update.     The message they are getting is: “the server has encountered an error” and instructs users to reach out to the system administrator.     I've instructed all to reload the app but this is not resolving the issue.    Has anyone else having experienced mobile app issues and if so, how have you resolved?

I have had Concur mobile app users reach out to me, who are unable to find Expense types when they upload the receipt into their mobile apps
