Working on an implementation project right now for a major company and it's my second implementation project of Concur Expense. It's been a while since my first and I no longer have my project records so I'm a bit foggy as to the pain points and pitfalls I'd experienced before. What types of issues have you faced in your implementation that posed problems or needed specific attention? How did you address any such issues? What advice would you give someone to help them overcome them?
