I am wondering the same thing, but this article doesn't help me. It says to select "Bank Information", but I don't have that as an option. I am also not seeing any contact information to call for assistance.

Just so you know, the option for bank information not showing might be intentional by your company. Wanted to make sure you are aware of this.
