lyft app is connected, but receipts are not being sent to Concur

I went through the app connection process in the Lyft app after connecting Lyft to my Concur account.  I have had 10 rides since over at least two weeks, but none of them are showing up in Concur.

Hi @stevenkimbell, make sure you are using the same profile in Lyft that you attached to Concur.

Also check your Concur profile:

  • make sure you've "verified" your email account in Concur - should say "verified". 
  • And enable e-receipts (Other Settings within Profile)
