User Permission report/export

Hi all, I have taken over User Permissions for our company, is there a way of reporting or exporting a user list with associated roles so I can review? The only way I can currently see is to select each individual role which shows the users. There must be an easier way to get all roles/users? Any ideas?

Hi @shaza ,

There is standard report available in Cognos:

Follow below navigation:

Team Content >> Intelligence - Standard Reports >> Administration folder >> Employee Roles

Run the report >> Select Role option under grouping, click on select all under as shown below and click finish. 

If your report runs in HTML format, then you can download the same report by selecting Excel data option as shown below:

@shaza I Concur (see what I did there?) with @PoojaKumatkar. Cognos reporting will give you the comprehensive list of users and roles in one report.

Thank you both for your reply 🙂 I currently access Concur Expenses through the Web Portal, is it still possible to access here? I have given myself the access below (Reporting-Intelligence) but unfortunately it errors, I'm using Chrome.

@shaza when did you give yourself access? If you did that today, you won't be able to access the Intelligence feature until tomorrow.  The system needs to update overnight to apply the role to you. That could be what is happening.
