Hi Kevin, thanks for getting back to me. I have to go into my profile and hit expense credit cards and then reactivate my card. This is happening for most of my users in my company. It happens i would say every few months. I am not sure why. Is there something i can do to prevent this from deactivating or disconnecting ? I am not sure if it's due to any updates that Concur may be doing? The users are getting frustrated that their company card charges aren't showing up and its because their AMEX card gets deactivated/disconnected.
