Licensed HCP - Expense

Hello,

I’m trying to do my expense reports but unable to type in the name of my licensed hcp. It only allows me to type in the external id which I’m unaware to find.

I don't have much idea on this issue; however, I am attaching similar article for your reference purpose. You can try below suggested solution if possible or applicable for you (if MedPro connector is used). Else, I would suggest reaching out to your Company Concur Administrator and check with them.

@1076195 Did you try adding the attendee on the web version of SAP Concur to see if the Search fields are active?

I'm not sure why searching would be unavailable on the mobile app. I've reached out to our mobile team to see if they can provide any insight.

@1076195 our mobile team recommended that you try rebooting your phone and to make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
