Syntax Field on user profile

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me here. 

There is a syntax boolean field in the Concur user profile that has a list of options that we are unable to tailor. The issue is, we have users that use different options then the defined list.  This is creating an issue when an employee is trying to book a flight.

As we can't make changes to the list in this field (so I'm told) can you advise of any alternative solutions?
