Submit date/ time of expense report in case of multiple submission

Hello Team,

I would like to know the submit date/ time of expense report. We do have first submitted date/ time and last submitted date/ time fields in Cognos but in case if we a report is submitted more than twice. How can I get submit date/ time of each resubmission

Hi @Rahul4 ,

In SAP Concur, the Audit Trail captures a separate entry whenever an expense report is submitted, including resubmissions. The report's Audit Trail can be accessed through Details > Audit Trail, where the submission date and time can be reviewed.

In Cognos, the First Submitted Date/Time and Last Submitted Date/Time fields generally capture the initial submission and the most recent submission.

I would like to obtain this information from Cognos rather than from the Concur UI, as I need to review the report submission date and time for multiple expense reports in bulk.

Hi @Rahul4 ,

In Cognos, we have only the First Submitted Date/Time and Last Submitted Date/Time fields, which provide the initial and most recent submission timestamps, respectively. If you would like to view the details of each submission, you can try using the Change Date/Time option under Audit Trail in Cognos.
