Employees submitting more than 12 reports in a year

Hello team,

I need to build a cognos reports that shows Employees submitting more than 12 reports in a year. Could you please tell me step by step.

I can use fields: Employee ID, Employee name, Report ID, sent for payment (for date filter)

Use Cognos Reporting with employee-level grouping, a distinct count of Report IDs, and a filter for counts greater than 12.

Step-by-Step Configuration

1.  Open SAP Concur → Reporting → Intelligence → Report Studio (or the available Cognos report authoring interface).
2.  Create a new List Report using the Expense reporting package.
3.  Add Employee ID, Employee Name, Report ID, and Submission Date.

Path: Open SAP Concur → Reporting → Intelligence → Report Studio

Add these fields:

               a. Employee ID: Unique Employee Identifier

               b.  Employee Name: Employee Identification

               c.  Report ID: Counts distinct Report(s)

               d.  Set for Payment Date: Filter for Reporting Year Filter

       4.   Apply the date filter to Sent for Payment Date, for example January 1–December 31, 2026.

       5.  Group the report by Employee ID and Employee Name.

       6.  Create a calculated measure and name it as: Total Reports.

Note: Employee ID + Employee Name → Count Distinct Report ID → Summary Filter greater than 12.
