SAP Concur password reset

Hi, I am still struggling for reset my CAP Concur password. Could you help me please?

Hi @Gurnam ,

You can reset your password by using "forgot password" option.

Follow below navigations:

1. On login page, enter your Concur Login ID  and click Next
2. Click on Sign in with: SAP Concur Password
3. On password screen, below click on "Forgot password" hyperlink.
4. On forgot password screen, verify login id is correct and click on Send.
5. You will receive password reset request email as shown below.
6. Click on "Reset your password" or hyperlink given in the email and reset password.
7. After resetting try to login with 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) - Scan the QR using Microsoft or any other authenticator and enter 6 digit number and sign in.

Alternatively, you can also try using Email link option where you will receive email with hyperlink.

Have you followed these steps to reset your password from the website?

• Go to www.concursolutions.com.
• Enter your username (Login ID) and click Next.
• On the password screen, select “Forgot your password” to request the reset email

If you do not receive the reset email:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• If your company uses SSO (Single Sign-On), you may not be able to change your password directly in Concur.
• If you still have issues, contact your company’s Concur administrator.
