SAP Concur Expenses Processing Issue

Hi All,

I have been getting this error message all day.

Application Error

Unexpected System Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again, please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense administrator.

Any Ideas?

@JennieCockburn what is it you are trying to do? Add an expense? Save an expense? Submit your report?

Hi Kevin,

Yes I am. I have using this since October last year so know what I am doing, but never had this issue before. Approving expenses is 95% of my day job.

@JennieCockburn could you provide a few details of what you are experiencing, please? For example, is the Approve button grayed out or not showing? Are you clicking the Approve button and the wheel keeps spinning? Are you receiving some sort of system error?
