@lmaggiulli if the user changes their default language, they would be translated. Each user can do this by either changing the language on the SAP Concur Sign In screen or after they are signed in, they can click their initials in the upper-right, select Settings. From the Settings page they would go the bottom left-hand side and look for a link that says System Settings. On the System Settings page the first option will be default language.
On the SAP Concur Sign In screen, users can language option in the upper right to change the language.

@lmaggiulli those values are hard coded, so they cannot be changed/edited.

in the previous project I was able to change Receipt Status values from standard values
Receipt -> Cash payment
No Receipts -> Eletronic Payments.
Unfortunately, now I do not remember how/where I was able to change them.

@lmaggiulli did you possibly create a new custom field named Receipt Status? If so, you could have created the options for this new field.
Where did you get the screenshot? Is it in your current site or somewhere else? I'd like to take a look at it directly from the site where it is being used.

@lmaggiulli you provided two different screenshots. Were these screenshots both taken from the same Concur instance or from two different instances. I need more help here. I need as many details as possible. I need to know what Concur instance you took the below screenshot from. Also, for the below screenshot, did you possible create a custom field? I need answers to these questions or to better assist you.

Hi @KevinD , sorry to confuse you. Below the Concur instance where I was able to change the field values for Receipt Status. It is a standard fied. I changed the values in this way:
No Receipt -> Cash
Receipt -> Eletronic Payment

@lmaggiulli what I am asking is what Concur instance you are in to capture this screenshot. From what you had told me it appears you are working in different sites for your customers. I need to know the customer site that you are working in.
The only way you should be able to add custom options is through a custom field, so I need to look at the site configuration for the site where you took that screenshot.
