Hello, we used to be able to drag and drop receipts into an expense report / available receipts, however when we tried doing it today, Concur was not creating any expenses / uploading the receipt this way. No luck under different user accounts. Anyone else having this issue? Thank you.

Topic: Receipt Drag & Drop
Drag and drop is still supported in Concur.
Uploading the Available Receipts stores the image. This does not create an expense.
Use Upload New Receipt and attach the receipt to the expense.
Thanks & Regards

Thanks @samasuraj . We did some more testing and it looks like when a PDF file is in a google chat, google chat is not allowing it to drag over into Concur, so I think it's a google issue, and not Concur. Thanks for your feedback.

Topic: Receipt Drag & Drop
Please check the below. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the additional testing and for narrowing down the issue. Based on your findings, it appears the problem may be related to dragging PDF files directly from Google Chat into Concur.
To confirm,
a. Please download the PDF to your computer and then try dragging it into Concur’s Available Receipts area or attaching it to an expense.
b. You could also try Concur’s Upload Receipt option with the downloaded file.
If these methods work, then this is an issue with the direct drag-and-drop transfer from Google Chat.
Thanks & Regards
