Pending Card Transaction

Hi experts,

I have a pending card transaction about a company card Citi expense made more 10 days ago. The more recent expenses made with the same company card are ok.  Do someone know how unblock this expense status to be able to submit it?

@mazzy I tried to look up your SAP Concur profile, but I didn't find any match with the email address you provided here on the Community. When someone has an issue with Pending items, nine times out of ten they have already submitted the company card charge on a previous report. So, that is the first thing I would tell you to do is check all your previous reports to see if the card charge was submitted.
