Payment not received

I still havent received payment it was approved and sent for payment on the 12th now it just says payment confirmed

Hi @mbofia ,

 

I would suggest reaching out to Concur administrator or raising an IT support ticket for the same. In case if you don't know to whom you can reach out then you can check with your manager or HR.
