I recently submitted two expense reports simultaneously for travel expenses incurred during transition from Honeywell International to Honeywell Aerospace. One expense report was for small amounts I paid in cash, for which I requested cash reimbursement. The other expense report was for a small amount on my new Honeywell Aerospace Citi Commercial Card. My manager approved both expense reports. Later, both reports had status of "Approved, Payment Processed". The cash reimbursement was included in my Honeywell Aerospace paycheck of August 7. The payment due Citi has still not reached Citi. Today I received notice that payment is due Saturday August 22, lest there be additional late fees imposed.
I have reached out to my manager; we are both uncertain how to resolve this. I am now reaching out to the Concur Community here.
Whom/how should I contact to inquire about Concur/Honeywell Aerospace/Citi Commercial Card payments?
