Missing Receipt Declaration

I am trying to label two expenses as missing receipt (meals). Those two expenses will not come up as options when i click the Missing Receipt Declaration option. Please advise on next steps.

@Tkat question for you to help determine what is happening. 

When you are viewing your whole report, do you see the icon below on these two entries? If not, then no receipt is needed for the expenses, which means the Missing Receipt Declaration will not be available. This is by system design. I will await your reply then go from there. If I were a betting man, I would say the amounts of the meals does not warrant a receipt, but I'll see what you say. 🙂
