Missing Group meal in my account

Hello,

 For some reason in my account I don't have category Group meals. How can I request to be added ?

Hi Evgeni,

The Group Meal expense type is usually controlled by your company's SAP Concur configuration and expense policy. If it is not available in your account, it may be because:

1. The expense type is not enabled by your company's admin.

2. It is not included in the expense policy assigned to your user profile.

3. Your employee group, country, or entity configuration does not allow that expense type.

I recommend contacting your company's SAP Concur admin and asking them to verify your assigned expense policy and weather the Group Meal expense type is enabled for your account.

 Yes, seems the problem is coming from my group or country configuration. Unfortunately I am not able to find who is our SAP Concur admin. I reached our HR department and they as well don't have any idea. Any idea how I can find who is the SAP Concur admin ?

@Evgeni I believe Business Entertainment Meal is the expense type for group meals. Give it a try. It should require you to enter attendees. Usually this expense type is used for entertaining colleagues, clients or a combination of both.

 I already check it, but I was not able to find a way to add attendees.

Actually I just checked that it is possible, but you need to use Itemization. Which is not like that for Group meals category. Seems for some regions is the intended way to add attendees.
