1 of my expenses shows up with the following alert, see attachment

@631390 did you check the Report Header for missing fields? 

 

Go to the report, click Report Details. From the drop down, select Report Header. Check all those fields. If you aren't missing any information, then you will need to contact your site admin. Site admins are usually in the Finance, Accounting, HR or Payroll departments.
