Hello.  I've received this error msg in Concur: "Error: Your Concur profile has been refreshed. You are required to delete this report and recreate a new one to submit."  I've done this and I'm still receiving the same error.  Any suggestions?

You can try:

  1. Log out, clear cache and cookies, and log back into Concur.
  2. Try using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
