List of delegates and who they are delegate for?

Hi
Is it possible to create a list of Expense Delegates, and to see who the delegates are delegate for?

Best Regards
Mette

@M_Nielsen do you have access to Cognos reporting? If so, you can use it to build a report to show each employee and who their delegates are.

Thank you,

Hi Kevin
It is the other way around... I would like to see each delegate, and who they are delegate for.
I have access to Cognos, so I will try your solution; I assume, I can filter to the right result.

Thank you,
Mette

I accidently created a post with wrong text, and could not delete it...  So just disregard it

@M_Nielsen in that case you would use the Delegate data item as the first item in your Cognos report, then use the Employee Data item as the second column. I would also recommend using the Grouping option so that you don't see the same delegate name repeated for each employee they are the delegate for.

Be sure to pull the data items from the Expense>Expense Reports>Expense Report Workflow  Trail folder in the data warehouse. I would also recommend using the Delegate Active Flag data item and filtering this for the active flag of "Y", so that your report only shows delegates who currently have active profiles.

Thank you,

Hi Kevin

I have created a query, but have an additional question...

The query has 3 columns Employee ID, Employee (name) and Delegate.  I have managed to create filters with prompts for employee ID and employee name and are able to search for values for those, but I cannot create a search for delegate name. The filter prompt is created in the same way as the Employee name, but I just get a list to choose from, with all possible names without the possibility to narrow with a search...

Can you figure out, what I am doing wrong?
Kind regards
Mette
