Job custom schedule

Hi everyone,

I noticed there is an option to schedule the import/export job in Concur using a custom schedule.

My understanding is that ONP follows a specific order, so I’m wondering whether switching a job (e.g.: email reminder) to a custom schedule could affect the reminder flow or any related process.

Appreciate any guidance or examples. Thanks!

@ilai I don't think putting this on a schedule would disrupt anything. Doesn't make sense to me to allow for creating a schedule, but then have the schedule disrupt things. 🙂

If you have any doubts though, I would just leave as is. 

May I ask, why do you want the email reminders to run on a schedule?

The current ONP schedule sends email reminders at 3:00 a.m., which may cause anxiety for some people.

Is the scheduling feature a new option available to the Import/Export Monitor role?

I don’t recall seeing it before.

@ilai I think it might be somewhat new. I was looking in our Knowledge Base and there was an article back in September 2025 that said Concur Support would need to do the scheduling.
