How to Deactivate/Remove Old Bank Account

I have two bank accounts listed under my account, similar to the situation in the thread below. However, I do not have the option to edit the old bank account to active or inactive.

@ryn deleting bank info isn't currently supported. The most recent account added would be the actual active account, even though both show as eligible for payments.
