Lookback Review: User Access Review

Hello,

We want to add to our regular processes the lookback review for special granted Concur accesses and/or terminated people. Does anybody of you know how to check the date of the last access to Concur? Wondering if there is a log or similar that can be looked at for this purpose.

@PabloVillaverde you can see the last time a user signed in, but on an individual basis. There isn't a report that can show multiple users and their last access date.

If you go to Company Administration>User Admin you can search for a user. When their name appears from your search, click their login ID. It will show you their last 50 sign ins.
