How do I upload an attendee list to add to an expense - 260 attendees

Hi 

I have 260 attendees to add to an expense.  How do I import a list please?

Hi @Annega , @tca115 ,

You can import attendees in bulk.

Navigations:

1. Create expense entry 

2. Click on Attendees option as shown below

3. Click on Add button 

4. Click on Import Attendees option and download template

5. Open downloaded template and update it with attendee details as show below.

6. Upload template using Upload Spreadsheet option and click next, next, done.

7. All attendees will get added successfully. 

Also, system will give pop-up msg after uploading sheet if there are any duplicates as shown below. This duplicate check is based on the backend attendee type configuration. Example, If check is configured on first name and last name and company name then system will reject all such records where first name, last name and company name is same for multiple records. 

Please note that duplicate check criteria could be configured differently for each attendee type. It is totally based upon, how configuration is done in backend. Based on that system will behave and in such cases, system will skip duplicate records during upload.

It affects lost of us.  Having to add guests who are NOT in Concur, is all good and fine if an expense report is 10 people or less, but most of us deal with major lists of people, making sitting down and inserting one person at a time for a list of 10--1000 people ridiculous.  Concur really needs to create a function that allows for mass downloading of names (and maybe, if they're so finicky about no repeats, have the download ask about repeats as the system finds it?  It's a standard feature now of most systems).

Thanks Pooja, I wish I could, but I do not have the "import attendees" link as shown in your description (appreciate your replying!).

I know this means Concur was set up at my business in such a way that's not possible, so I have contacted them to see if they can add that feature.  Once they do, I will definitely utilise this tool.  Thank you!

Can you please tell us how an administrator would enable this in the configuration? I do not see the option available. Thank you,

I found the below information in the SAP Concur Support Portal on how to enable the Import button for attendee lists. Sharing this for your reference, as it may help with uploading a large number of attendees.
