Fleet Card feed supported vendors

Just want to confirm the supported vendors for fleet card integration. Our vendor is Krungthai Fleet Card.

SAP Concur Professional Edition supports specialized Fleet/Fuel Card functionality.

Presently, the supported Vendors for Fleet Card integration is only:  WEX Fleet Card - Documented SAP Concur integration

Krungthai Fleet Card is not currently verified as a supported direct-feed provider for SAP Concur Expense.

Please check the below. Hope this helps.

As Krungthai Fleet Card is not supported for direct integration, the workaround is a controlled file-based import,

subject to SAP Concur's approval.

Workaround Steps:

1. Export Transactions: Request transaction data from Krungthai Bank in CSV or another supported format.
2. Validate Import Options: Ask SAP Concur whether an approved card-feed provider or integration partner can process the file.
3. Map Transaction Data: Include card number/token, employee or vehicle ID, transaction date, merchant, currency and amount.
4. Alternative: If automated import is unavailable, allow employees to enter fuel expenses manually with receipts, subject to company policy.
5. Reconcile: Match imported or manually entered expenses against Krungthai statements to prevent duplicates.

In Professional Edition, manual card-transaction imports using OFX/QFX files may be available if enabled by your administrator. SAP Concur also lists third-party Excel/CSV expense-import solutions.

Use manual fuel expense entry with receipts for immediate needs, while SAP Concur evaluates an approved Krungthai feed or third-party integration.
