Expense not available

There used to be an option here to create an expense report.
Does anyone know how to fix it and why it disappeared?

Hello @rangelcecconi,

 

Based on what is shown in the screenshot, the option to create expense reports has disappeared because the Expense module is not currently available for your user.

 

This is usually due to the Expense User role being missing in your Concur user configuration.

 

For example, the option may appear unchecked like this:

Instead of being correctly assigned:

cjmarimo_0-1779314474348.png

 

 

I would recommend checking this with your company’s Concur administration team.

 

Once this is corrected, the Create Expense Report option should appear again as expected.
