Email Notifications no longer working

Hi there,

I used to receive email notifications (expense reports pending my approval etc), but now only see notifications on my phone. I have the option selected in my profile settings, but still don't receive emails.. Any help to get this working would be appreciated.

Hi @imbrianm ,

 

Can you please restart your outlook meaning log out and login again in outlook.

This could be happening because of synch issue due to which emails might not be getting synched properly. 

 

Try and let me know.

I just logged out of my email program (gmail) and back in. I'll let you know if emails start flowing.
