Extract registered car details

I am trying to get out the details for all the staff who have registered their cars for personal mileage.

Does anyone know if there is a way to pull this information out, I had thought it might be picked up by the user profile extract

Hi @OwenTakoor ,

You can try creating custom report in Cognos. For that you must have 'Cognos Professional Author' Role.

Follow below navigation:

Under Expense Folder >> Under Lists Folder >> Cars Folder >> Drag and drop required fields in report and run the report.

If you are not familiar with Cognos reporting, then you can take help from admin who has this role or reporting permissions and request them to create this report for you.
