Duplicate expense alert

Hello, 

 

I am having an issue with submitting my expense report. It says that several of my expenses are duplicates. In the past when it gave me this error it was just a warning. Now it doesnt allow me to submit my expense report. I do not have any duplicate expenses.

Hi @taylork918,

 

The duplicate audit rule typically triggers when there are multiple expense entries with the same expense type, transaction date, and amount.

 

Please check the following:

  • Verify whether you have already claimed these expenses in a previously submitted report with the same expense type, transaction date, and amount. If so, you cannot claim them again. Please remove these entries from the current report and resubmit.
  • Check if you've included these expenses in any unsubmitted reports. If they are, please delete those unsubmitted reports. Afterward, save all the expense entries in the current report and try to submit it again.
