Does Expense Assistant work for Cards added under Personal Card in their profile?

Hi,

A little background on my issue. We are a Corporation that uses a Citi Business Card that does not have the capability to have an automatic API feed from our bank into Concur (was not aware of this until after signing contract). We just went live and had our employees link their company business cards under the "add personal card" section of their profiles. The only way we can see transactions using this method is when they are on a report. To make employees charges visible to me, I opted into Expense Assistant for all employees under their desktop profiles.

It appears that this solution is not working. Employees have made charges that have posted and they are not being moved onto a report.

Our implementation coach does not know the answers to these questions and requires days to research every time I ask a easy question. Its frustrating and I am getting nowhere.

I just simply need to know:

1. Does Expense Assistant work for cards added by user?

2. Does Expense Assistant have to be set up in both the desktop and the APP? Some of my employees only use the mobile app.

3. Do charges only refresh to the users account when they log in, therefore making them invisible to me unless the users has logged in recently.

4. I do have groups set up, does this effect the expense assistant configuration? Under the policy groups there are no compliance settings. Just the  Policy group names with save or delete.

I appreciate any help you can provide so I can decide how to move forward.

@Kwilliams44 Expense Assistant works for Corporate Card feeds, not for business or personal cards. This should answer your first two questions and your last question.

For your third question, the refresh should happen upon signing in. Card transactions that have come in through this option will not be visible to anyone except the user, unless the user has added them to an expense report. That means proxies, delegates and company card admins will not see these transactions if they are not added to a report.
