Submitting Mileage

Hello,

I'm trying to submit my mileage but I keep getting this error and it won't let me submit. I was told to not do anything as a round trip and just to make separate reports going to and coming back. Not sure how to to get this to submit.  We also did the mileage on google maps to make it was correct and it was.
