Delayed expense claim approval

Hello, I have an expense report (A3BMN0) that has been in “In Accounting Review” status since December 31, 2025, and I haven’t received any updates since then.

Could you please advise: whether there is a way to expedite the review process, and what the typical timeline is for expense claims at this stage? Thank you

@uloma once your report is submitted, there isn't anything you can do to expedite the process other than reach out to the next person assigned to review the report. In this case, you won't see a name when it is in Accounting Review. However, what you can do is go back and open a past report. When opened, click the Report Details link. From the menu options, select Audit Trail. Look for details that show the report having a status change from In Accounting Review to Approved. Look to see the name of the person who carried out the step. That is who I would reach out to about the current report. 

 

A report shouldn't take almost a month to get fully approved unless there is some extenuating internal circumstance. If you don't see a name in the Audit Trail, come back here and let me know.

Regarding the current Expense Report, I can see in the system the name of the individual who completed the last step in December 2025. However, I am not sure how best to reach out to them directly.
