@dlittle1020 hello there. Well, I have good news and I'm not even sure what to call it so I'll say "indifferent news". 🙂
The good news is you aren't missing anything and there is no issue. The "indifferent news" is that the person whom you tried to act on behalf of, didn't select any options for you when they added you as delegate. That is why you don't see any options.
BTW...I deleted the screenshot you provided as it contained the full name of the employee and we like to keep people's private information anonymous. 🙂
All you need to do is contact the person and have them select the checkboxes for what you will be doing on their behalf.
