Hi,
I am having couple of issues with Attendee list and I have read the forum: Solved: Error message when importing a list of attendees i... - SAP Concur Community but unable to solve it by following similar steps.
Concur said they are unable to resolve and suggested to reach out to the community for help. Would appreciate any guidance if others have solution on this.
Here are the issues:
1. Count Not Import Error
2. Duplicates are being shown
3. Company and Title are blank after upload
Step 1: Accurately identifies the 125 attendee in the upload list and shows all data in this screen.
Step 2: 103 Added, 20 Couldn't import , Duplicates : 2
Step 3: Example of Duplicate - Error,
Step 4: If I skip Duplicate attendees, I get this confirmation
Step 5: When it loads, Attendee title and company are blank.
@jainh could you provide a screenshot of the template you are using to import please hiding any personal information? That might help to figure out why some aren't importing.
