Cost object approval

Hi, 

Currently approval email notification that goes out to cost object approver shows the total claim amount but once they click on the link and login to Concur, they only see the lines or amount that are for them to approve. However, this email notification with full amount creates confusion and unnecessary declining of claims or enquiries.

Do you know if it is possible to show only amount that cost object approver will approve in the email notification instead of total claim amount?

Hi @Jatinderkaur ,

Technically, this is not feasible. All email notifications are part of the standard setup, and there is no provision to modify them based on workflow customizations.
