One of the user is facing this issue where he isn't able to submit his expense and the error says posting failed.
Any inputs on this would be much appreciated.

Could you please try the suggested solutions below and check if the error is resolved?
For one of the expense entries, the taxReclaimCode is not getting populated, which is causing the failure. You can identify which expense entry has this field blank, send the report back to the user, and ask them to review, save all such expense entries, and then re-submit the report.
