Concur Expense Release Schedule

Was wondering if anyone here had any guidance regarding how often changes get rolled out to the Concur Expense Product?  I'm was wanting to know if there were any release notes that were published along with these releases.

My team is responsible for integrations with the Concur Expense product.  We are concnered that core changes/enhancments to the Concur product that we are not aware of may negatively impact in our integrations if we are unaware of what is being changed and when it is planned on being changed.  Any guidance anyone can provide with this would be very helpful.
