Bad news: Your company does not use our User Support Desk service, so chatting with our Support team is not an option.
Possibly good news: You have me who can likely help you out.
I will say, I have a high success rate in helping people, but there are always exceptions and there are some issues that must be fixed/resolved by someone at your company. So, in those cases, I will let you know and I'll provide the names of people at your company you can contact.
