BMS Project Code not showing in Drop Down

I have an approved B&P Code (BYW64) that is not showing up in the BMS Project Code Drop Down.  I'm unable to submit my expense reports.  This BMS Project Code is valid and I've used it in Time Reporting.  Thank you.

Hi @fhossjr ,

In the new User Interface the dropdown lists are limited to 99 results.  If you start typing part of the code in the field then it will trigger a search and update the dropdown list with search results.

Dean, thanks for responding, however, unfortunately this is not the problem.  I've tried that and the code still doesn't appear.

@fhossjr I looked at your expense report in the report header details and I see the project code listed. So, is the issue resolved?

Thank you,

I have a BMS code that was approved over 2 weeks ago and it not showing up in the drop down list. I have tried entering the approved code multiple different ways and no success.

@tmarzynski BMS Code is something specific to your company. My first suggestion is to speak with your direct manager to see if they can provide any information. Also, if you sign in to SAP Concur, you will see a Company Notes section. In this section your company has added a button that says "Ask HR". You could try submitting your issue this way as well.

What it sounds like is although the BMS code was approved, no one added into SAP Concur to be available to select.

Out of curiosity. what is the BMS Code? I'd like to go in and take a look to see if I can find it.

Thank you,
Kevin
