Audit of expenses - Bot?

After going back and forwards with an auditor multiple times who keeps posting the same response, ignoring my questions, I marked an expense as personal to get the rest of the expense request through.

So, question is, is the auditor a real person or a bot.  If a real person the service is pretty terrible, if a bot, they need to do some work!

@avb123 usually if it says Auditor then that is an actual person. The reason for the same response is because they use a tool to audit reports and it doesn't have an option to free form type out their reasons for returning the report. They have to choose from a preset list of reasons.

I just learned this somewhat recently myself.

Thanks, there is clearly some work to do here on the customer experience side.  After all it is a service!
