Add link in Concur screen

@rkushwah I don't believe those screens are customizable. What are you looking to provide in the link? There may be another option that could work.

Could we add a link that directs users to an Excel file containing the list of available Expense Types and their corresponding usage guidelines for each Assignment Policy?

For example, if an employee selects the Long-Term Assignment Policy, the link should open a document showing only the expense types that are applicable to the Long-Term policy, along with a brief description of when each expense type should be used.

This would help employees select the correct expense type and reduce submission errors.

@rkushwah that isn't possible, but there is now an Expense Type tool tip feature you can use to provide users help in choosing the correct expense type. Do you have access to update expense types? If so, just go to that screen, click the Description and Quick Tips tab. Select the expense type, then click Modify. Enter the description and save.
