You now have the ability to view a Personalized Concur Open service status dashboard. This means that you will be able to view the status of your own account’s services and receive updates that matter most to you. Be sure to subscribe to receive updates.
To view Personalized Concur Open, go to Concur Open and log in using the same credentials and/or email that you use to log into concursolutions.com. If you are an SSO customer, you will need to request a “one-time link” to log in.
Personalized Concur Open will continue show P1 incidents (known and widespread outages and incidents). A new service status history feature is being added for you to view past incidents that impacted you over the last 2 years. As part of the history, a new “Detailed Root Cause Analysis” PDF download will also be provided in many cases.
