Concur Influence Platform

I use the Concur Influence Platform to submit suggestions / vote up items that can be beneficial to see in Concur. I saw that there were some updates there, but now when I try to log in, I get a message "Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for access". Any updates on a go live date for that site or is there a different site that we should be accessing?

The SAP Concur Customer Influence Platform is Active since September 28, 2026

Please check:

1. Access the SAP Customer Influence Portal.
2. Sign in using your SAP Universal ID.
3. Verify that your account has the appropriate SAP Concur P-user or S-user access.
4. If the authorization error persists, contact [email protected] to request access assistance.

The error “"Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for access" is due to an Account Authorization issue, and not a Platform Outage.
