Hello, 

We have a user that is challenging the calculation.  The user is stating that the system is shorting her because it is using a longer commute route than the one she actually takes.  We have looked at it and the system seems to be calculating 5 miles reimbursable regardless of the commute route taken.  Does anyone know the exact way this is calculated.  We have tried to show the employee the system shows 5 miles regardless but they still seem to think the system is shorting them.  If we can show her the actual way it is calculated we are hopeful we can resolve this issue.  Thanks in advance!
