I keep getting notified about a transaction This is the e-mail I get:

Dear Milton Alvarez, You have 1 outstanding credit card transactions that have not been submitted which are approaching 30 days. It is imperative to submit your corporate card transactions in a timely manner. As a reminder, IBM Corporate Cards should not be used for personal expenses.

It's a negative balance and every time I try to submit the expense I can't because it's over 30 days. Is there any way to fix this?
