Hotelier here.....I am with a hotel that recently went from an independent to a branded property. Our GDS chain code did change when we rebranded.

One of my top accounts can no longer see the negotiated rates in Concur. Their TMC confirmed the neg rates are loaded correctly in GDS. The account did update our chain code in Concur, which solved the problem in 2023, but the negotiated rates have disappeared again in 2024. They can see our public rates and consortia rates.

What is blocking the negotiated rates from displaying, and what can be done to resolve the issue?
