Can anyone share how you handle or your wording in your travel policy on mileage to client lunches or airport for business' travel, etc with employees who work WFH or work Hybrid. Prior to 2020 we all worked in the office and our employees had to substance out their daily commute to the office. So they would only be reimbursed for the excess miles traveled outside of the drive to/from the office. But with employees deciding if they want to work in the office 100%, or hybrid or WFH I just wanted to see how others handle it. Do you still consider the office as their workplace?
