We are having an issue with Delta Premium Economy flights showing in Concur. 
The results are never consistent, when searching from BOS-LHR.  Sometimes the Delta flights show, sometimes they only show under shop-by-schedule (not shop-by-price), and sometimes they don't show at all.

Additionally, our Premium Economy rates with Delta are not loading into Concur.  We have already followed up with Delta and they have confirmed that they are loaded correctly.

Our TMC and Delta have both mentioned that they have other customers experiencing this issue.  Has anyone on here experienced it and know how to fix it?
